Number 1 - Sarah's Song - the best single Madness never released...more poignant than One Better Day which is bubbling underneath.
Followed by That Close (obvious single for the Summer 2009), Liberty of Norton Folgate and Waiting for the Ghost Train

 My Favourite has to be Baggy Trousers.. Loved their sound and look at the time - 1980 ( YEAR OF THE CROMBIE!!!) 2 THE PRINCE 3 OUR HOUSE 4 IT MUST BE LOVE 5 GREY DAY These are my Favourites today.. hard to pick a Top 20 Favourites, never mind a Top 5 Jim !!

Sorry, I too was torn between singles and the rest. Seems my favourite singles are generally from what you might call the Nutty period and my favourite album tracks are from Keep Moving onwards. There's some lovely album tracks from the first three albums, but none in my top 5

As it has been said, it's very hard to pick only 5 songs, but here we go...
1) Our House- I´ve loved this song since the firs time I heard it, before I even knew who Madness were.
2) Sugar And Spice- Their best song of the past 28 years
3) One Better Day- Part of the soundtrack of the summer of 2009.
4) Maybe In Another Life- I´ve listened to it a lot in the past few days and I´ve realised how good of a singer Carl is.
5) Shadow On The House- I love Suggs' vocals in this.
This list might be subject to change as there are too many great songs in the band's catalogue.
