Chas Smash in Morrissey Video

Rather randomly I was watching the promo video for Morrissey's early 90's single 'We hate it when our friends become successful', when I noticed that a still of Chas taken from the 'Cardiac Arrest' features breifly in the video. He appears at 0.36 seconds link


Is anyone able to shed any light on this? I understand that they worked together on the cover of 'That's Entertainment' and apparently Morrissey wanted Chas to be his manager. But that's all I know.

Apparently Chas did backing vocals on a couple of songs for Morrissey, not sure which songs though, and Mark played bass on one of Morrissey's albums in the early to mid 90s.
